TERMS OF PAYMENT
You only pay after confirming our booking via the email contacted at this website after agreeing to the SERVICE BOOKING AND CANCEL policy and have read through other relevant POLICIES when registration.
For all forms of payment, please keep the voucher and confirm the booking included (hard copy or unmodified mobile phone copy).
Some services may require a deposit in advance depending on the actual rate and the rest will be paid when using the service. This will occur during communication between the sales department and the customer.
2. REFUND POLICIES
TERM OF REFUND
When a customer using the service for some reason is forced to cancel the service from a customer request, you must make sure it is in compliance with the SERVICE BOOKING AND CANCELLATION policy we mentioned when you started.
For all cases outside of the policy of BOOKING AND CANCELING SERVICES, please contact the company’s phone number for a refund agreement depending on the actual situation.
REFUND RATIO AND REFUND METHOD
After considering whether the cancellation request from you is in accordance with the policy or not, we will process a refund from the valid cancellation confirmation not more than 1 working week via direct transfer or cash.
Force majeure cases may be earlier depending on the actual situation.
Regarding the rate of refund, follow the regulations BOOKING AND CANCELING THE SERVICE notified to you when confirming the reservation.
